I just watched the movie, The Impossible (which I highly recommend, by the way!). Watching this movie reminded me again how I serve the God of the impossible. Nothing is too big (or too small) for Him. If He can reunite a family of 5 after a massive tsunami, surely He can do the impossible things in my life too. I've seen Him do things I thought were impossible (um, anyone else remember that really large budget I had to raise before I came to the Czech Republic?)...and that gives me faith and hope for the impossible dreams I hold now...most too personal to share with the world, but they're there.
What about you? Do you have confidence in the God of the impossible? Do you trust Him enough to believe He can do it - whatever your impossible situation may be?
No, it probably won't happen like I envision, but God is God and His ways aren't my ways. My job is just to trust Him (which can be hard, but is so worth it).
